Janene

Office Manager

I have had a career in dentistry for over 25 years. As an office manager, it is my responsibility to maintain the harmonious atmosphere of the practice. I have a very close working relationship with the dentist, staff, and patients. My administrative duties range from financial collections, processing insurance claims, keeping a productive work schedule, and presenting treatment plans to help patients utilize their benefits to their maximum potential. My personal interests include spending time with my two adult daughters, enjoying the outdoors, as well as loving my new puppy and two cats.

Kandie

Dental Hygienist

Born and raised in Everett, WA, I have always known that I wanted to pursue a career in healthcare and have years of experience assisting in both the nursing and dental fields. I graduated with a Bachelors of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Lake Washington Institute of Technology in June 2019. As a dental hygienist, it is my mission to establish myself as a trusted and caring oral healthcare professional by individualizing patient's treatment with care and respect in order to provide an enjoyable dental experience. I pride myself in making even the most anxious and fearful patients comfortable in my chair. I balance a busy work life with a just as busy home life as a wife and mom of five. I like to think of myself as a master multi-tasker! As time permits, I love snuggling up with a good book, drawing, crafting, and weight-lifting.

Lily

Dental Hygienist

I have been practicing dental hygiene for 14 years, and I still love my job. Every day coming to work is like visiting my friends and family. The more I get to know my patients, the more I understand how to best help them with their oral and overall health. A dental hygienist has so much to offer to their patients. The only way to really convey our knowledge of oral health is to identify the patients’ motivation. For some people, it’s the aesthetics of healthy teeth & gums. For others, it’s underlying health concerns, or tooth preservation. Personally, what works well for me is friendship building, identifying motivations, and tailoring oral hygiene instructions to meet the needs of each individual patient. By listening more and observing my patients improve their oral health, I realize that we all have the power to make a difference in our lives.

Ella

Registered Dental Assistant

I have been practicing dentistry for over two years now. I attended Sno-Isle TECH Skills Center in Mukilteo Washington where I earned my Dental Assisting Certification. The best part of my job is working with an amazing team and having the opportunity to help people feel confident with their smiles. Being a dental assistant is not just a job, it's a passion! This is why a patient's experience is a huge priority, and I always strive to ensure everyone feels comfortable in our office. In my spare time I enjoy being outside, trying new food, and spending time with my favorite people!
